Ownership and Encumbrances Reports, better known as O+E Reports, are offered by CG Title + Escrow to help buyers identify the last recorded owner of a property. In addition to finding the last known owner of a property, our Ownership and Encumbrance Reporting service delivers a legal description of the property and lists open liens (mortgages, judgments, etc) that may affect the title.
When we prepare an Ownership and Encumbrance report, the purpose is to aid in closings of equity, close home improvement loans and to make transition as simple as possible for all parties concerned.
